Seborrheic keratosis
Is a very common , benign (non-cancerous) skin growth that usually appears as a brown, black or tan spot with a slightly raised, “stuck-on” appearance. It can have a waxy, rough (scaly) or wart-like surface and may vary in size. These skin lesions typically develop with age and are linked to genetic factors and frequent sun exposure. Although, they are harmless, they can become irritated or cosmetically bothersome.Professional assessment is important before considering safe and effective removal options.
