They are often part of our genetic “package” or develop over time due to aging and sun exposure. The good news? They can be safely and effectively removed using advanced electrolysis.Always start with a consultation. If you have multiple blemishes, I offer a patch test (treating one first) to see how your skin heals before proceeding.I am trained in dermatoscopy and carefully assess every lesion before treatment.If something needs further review, I also provide a Spot Check service – sending dermatoscopic images to a GP and Dermatologist , with a full report returned within 3 days.I am fully qualified in Level 4 Blemish Removal and Advanced Cosmetic Procedures, and I am currently working towards my Level 5 qualification in Skin Blemishes. While this qualification is not legally required, I chose to pursue it because I am passionate about continuing to learn and always want to go the extra mile to provide the best possible service and knowledge for my clients. I am fully licensed and maintain very high hygiene and safety standards. All equipment used during treatments is either single -use disposable or professionally sterilised in a medical-grade steriliser, ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and client safety.

Blood Spots
Also known as cherry angiomas or Campbell de Morgan are bright,red, superficial and circular vascular blemishes.
Thread Veins
(Telangiectasia, spider veins) are small, visible blood vessels that appear close to the surface of the skin.
Spider Naevus
This capillary blemish consists of a central dilated blood vessel, with smaller capillaries radiating from it like legs of a spider.
Sebaceous Hyperplasia
Is a common, benign skin condition where the sebaceous (oil) glands become enlarged.
Seborrheic keratosis
Is a very common , benign (non-cancerous) skin growth that usually appears as a brown, black or tan spot with a slightly raised, “stuck-on” appearance.
Dermatosis Papulosa Nigra (DPN)
Is a common, harmless skin condition, histologically very similar to Seborrheic keratosis but occurs more in people with darker skin tones.
Milia
Are small, hard, white or yellowish bumps that appear on the skin, most commonly on the face, especially around the eyes, cheeks, and nose.
Warts
Is a small, rough growth on the skin caused by an infection with the human papillomavirus (HPV).
Ages Spots
(Also known as liver spots or solar lentigines), are flat, darker patches of hyperpigmentation.
Xanthelasma Palpebrarum
Is a yellowish, soft plaqued, caused by deposits of cholesterol under the dkin.Normally found on the eyelids, near the inner corner of the eye.
Verruca Pedis (Plantar Warts)
Advanced electrolysis offers a 65–85% success rate for the treatment of verruca pedis.
